Mindfulness is a state of mind of becoming a “witness” to your present moment experience. It is the shift from “I am angry.” to “I notice anger is here.” It is moving from being merged with worried and fearful thoughts into “I notice I’m experiencing worry and fear.” This shift creates a gap in habit patterns of reactivity. In the process of trying to heal, many people know what old habits they should stop and what new habits would be better. And yet, the powerful forces of the unconscious hijack us over and over. Mindfulness is the way out of the old and into something better.
In this workshop, you will gain an understanding of Mindfulness, learn to guide another into mindfulness and how to use this unique state of consciousness in transformation and healing.
